AMSA Peer-Mentor Program
Through AMSA Peer Mentor Program, you are able to connect with upperclassman with similar aspirations and gain advice on how to navigate your path to success. A peer mentor speed dating event is typically held in the Fall semester, but if unable to attend and still interested in participating; please reach out to our Peer-Mentor Co-Chairs: Joel Lee and Sergio Pajaro. The Peer Mentor Program is a great way to network with others in you specific field and gain insight whether it is school related or career related.
RUSynapse
RUSynapse is a program where we pair pre-medical Rutgers students with medical student mentors at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The goal of this is to provide pre-medical students with an additional resource as they navigate their pre-medical years and the medical school application process. In addition to being paired with a mentor, several mentor-mentee pairs will be "bundled together" based on some answers from undergraduates . This will give students access to individualized help from their own mentor, as well as expertise on a wide variety of topics from multiple medical students.
